He discuses the following: (1) Contain Covid-19 epidemic (2) Ensure basic needs of entire population are met (3) Enhance food security (4) Preserve the nation’s productive capacity (5) Consider heterodox economic policies like allow a much larger budget deficit, consider quantitative easing for the rakyat, use a consumption tax to combat inflation, and ban short-selling of currency (6) Green the nation and improve living conditions.
